About This Project

Spring Meadows Home Health Care Inc. is owned and managed by five Registered Nurses whose experiences span over the years in Acute Hospital settings, Rehabilitation care, Long Term and Skilled Nursing Facilities and Home Health Care. Throughout the years and experiences we each have in our Nursing professions we have touched so many lives of patients and family and in return they have touched ours. We understand and have witnessed that illness is one of life’s challenges that affects who we are and what we can do in our day to day living, work, activities and being with our friends and family. Our goal is we want to continue to assist our clients to fully recover or maximize their potentials and to recuperate cost-effectively with the highest possible care at the comfort of their own home.
